IPad 4 has a general score of 70.8, which is much better than the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's 63 general score. IPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x OS, and Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has Android 4.4.2 OS. The iPad 4 is a somewhat heavier and a bit thicker tablet than the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. Apple iPad 4 has a little better performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has lesser cpu cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
IPad 4 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a lot better display pixel density. The Apple iPad 4 features a very superior camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a same resolution camera, the Apple iPad 4 also has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
IPad 4 counts with a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Apple iPad 4 and Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE feature really similar battery performance.
Apple iPad 4 costs more than the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
