The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is slightly better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, getting a 63 score against 58.7. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with Android 4.4.2 operating system, and Asus VivoTab Smart works with Windows 8 operating system. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a a little bit thinner but just a little heavier device than Asus VivoTab Smart.

The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with a little better processing power than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has less cores , and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Asus VivoTab Smart also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Asus VivoTab Smart features a slightly better screen than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has a bit more pixels per screen inch and a bit higher 768 x 1366 pixels resolution.

The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with a greater camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a much higher resolution camera in the back. The Asus VivoTab Smart has a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 48 GB more internal storage.

The Asus VivoTab Smart's battery life is just as good as the battery performance in Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Asus VivoTab Smart, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Asus VivoTab Smart. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Asus VivoTab Smart, giving up some specs and features.
