HTC Flyer has a greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a bit better hardware performance than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores (although they are slower). HTC Flyer counts with a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC Flyer. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the HTC Flyer, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
