Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a general score of 63, which is a bit better than the LG G Pad 8.0's 58.6 global score. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE design is somewhat thinner but much heavier than the LG G Pad 8.0.

LG G Pad 8.0 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a much smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a higher quantity of pixels per screen inch.

LG G Pad 8.0 features a camera that's just as good as Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's camera, and although the LG G Pad 8.0 has a lot better video quality, they both have the same resolution back-facing camera. LG G Pad 8.0 has as much storage for apps and games as the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, both of them have equal internal storage and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G Pad 8.0. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, but if you don't you can save some money and get the LG G Pad 8.0, letting go a couple features and specifications.
