Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a general score of 63, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's 62.7 general score. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has Android 4.0. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE body is a bit heavier but just a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and they were only released with a couple of months difference.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 both count with extremely similar screens, both of them have exactly the same 800 x 1280px resolution, a same size screen and a higher pixels quantity per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and 2 less CPU cores , it also counts with an extra GPU.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a back facing camera with a way better 5 mega-pixels resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has 16 GB internal storage.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, giving up a couple features and specs.
