Comparison review

Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab, with a 63 score against 58.6. These devices use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3, so it provides the user some extra features. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's body is way newer and noticeably thinner, but also noticeably heavier than the Galaxy Tab.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab, because it has 3 more processing cores and 1,5 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab features a screen that is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE one, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab has a really smaller display and a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher screen density.

Samsung Galaxy Tab has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, although it has a back camera with a lot lower 3 mega pixels resolution and a lot worse 720x480 video quality. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a little bit better storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab, although it has only 16 GB internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy Tab counts with a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab, resigning some features and specs.
