Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a bit better than Galaxy Note 8.0, having a 72.1 score against 67.1. Both tablets we are comparing have the same Android 4.4.2 operating system. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's design is newer and thinner, but way heavier than Galaxy Note 8.0. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a way larger screen and way more pixels per inch of screen.

Galaxy Note 8.0 has a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has lesser and slower processing cores and 1 GB less RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with much more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB and 32 GB internal memory.
