Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, getting a 69.2 score against 61.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a somewhat thinner and notably lighter tablet than the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, even when both were released with only a couple of months difference. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has Android 4.2, so it provides the user lots of additional features.
The Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a sharper display than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a larger screen, a little bit greater amount of pixels in each screen inch and a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920. Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 counts with a greater memory for apps and games than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal memory.
Galaxy Note 8.0 features a bit superior processor than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a much better 1.06 gigahertz graphics processing unit and 2 more 1600 MHz cores. The Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a much better battery duration than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has 6760mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 captures much clearer photos and videos than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10. Both have the same video frame rate, a 5 megapixels camera in the back and the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a lot more expensive than the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
