Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL, with a general score of 69.2 against 58.3. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL has Android 4.4 version, giving you a couple nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0's design is extremely thinner and notably lighter than the Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL.
