The Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, with a general score of 69.2 against 62.2. Despite being the best tablet we are comparing here, we must highlight that it is also a noticeably older, somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier tablet. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note 8.0, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also has a much higher pixels number per inch of screen and a lot higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
Asus ZenPad S 8.0 features a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that holds up to 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a little bit better performance than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have 4 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 captures a bit better videos and photos than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, although it has a back facing camera with a lot lower 5 megapixels resolution and a way lower video resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a much longer battery life than Asus ZenPad S 8.0.
