The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has an overall score of 69.2, which is a bit better than Blackview Tab 11's general score of 64.1. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Blackview Tab 11 has Android 11 version, so it provides some extra features.
