Comparison review

Google Nexus 9 is slightly better than Galaxy Note 8.0, with a general score of 74.5 against 69.2. The Google Nexus 9 design has the same thickness than Galaxy Note 8.0, but it is a lot heavier. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but the Google Nexus 9 has newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Note 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it offers a couple additional features.

Google Nexus 9 has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has lesser cores (but faster) and doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have the same RAM amount, the Google Nexus 9 also counts with a 64-bit processor. Google Nexus 9 has a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a bit bigger display, a way higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and way more pixels per inch in the display.

Google Nexus 9 counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a lot better resolution back camera. Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 9, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 64 GB.

Google Nexus 9 counts with a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has 6700mAh of battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.

Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, Google Nexus 9 is also a bit cheaper.
