The Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, having a 69.2 score against 60.4. The Galaxy Note 8.0 design has the same thickness than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, but it is just a bit lighter. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 8.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3, so it provides some additional features.
Galaxy Note 8.0 has a bit faster processor than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, and although they both have 4 cores, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a much better graphics co-processor running at 1.06 gigahertz and a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note 8.0. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has 16 GB internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that holds up to 64 GB. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0. Both of them have a same resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rate and the same (HD) video quality.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a little more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
