Comparison review

Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 69.2, which is better than Lenovo Miix2's global score of 59.3. The Galaxy Note 8.0 design is just a little thinner and just a little lighter than the Lenovo Miix2, although both of them were released with only a couple of months difference. Galaxy Note 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 operating system, and Lenovo Miix2 has Windows 8.1 operating system.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 features a little bit better hardware performance than Lenovo Miix2, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit and a 2 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also has an extra graphics co-processor. Lenovo Miix2 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note 8.0. Both of them have the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution, a same size screen and the same pixels density.

The Lenovo Miix2 counts with a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has a SD memory slot that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Galaxy Note 8.0 has a very superior battery life than Lenovo Miix2. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Lenovo Miix2. Both have a 5 mega-pixels camera in the back.

Galaxy Note 8.0 is more expensive than the Lenovo Miix2, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
