Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than the LG G Pad II 8.0, with a score of 69.2 against 58.3. These tablets use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has the previous 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is an notably older tablet than the LG G Pad II 8.0, but it is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 features a more powerful processor than LG G Pad II 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has 512 MB more RAM and an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy Note 8.0 features a slightly better screen than LG G Pad II 8.0. Both of them have the same screen density, a display of the same size and the same resolution of 800 x 1280px.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 takes much clearer videos and photos than LG G Pad II 8.0. Both of them have a 5 megapixels resolution back camera.
