Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a global score of 69.2, which is a little bit better than LG G Pad III 8.0's score of 64.3. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0's construction has the same thickness than LG G Pad III 8.0, but it is just a little heavier. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has older 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad III 8.0 has Android 7.0 Nougat.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a little faster CPU than LG G Pad III 8.0, because although it has 4 less cpu cores , and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The LG G Pad III 8.0 features a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, and although they both have a same size display, the LG G Pad III 8.0 also has a greater pixels density and a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution.

The LG G Pad III 8.0 counts with much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 8.0, and although they both have equal internal memory, the LG G Pad III 8.0 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. LG G Pad III 8.0 has just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.
