Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 69.2, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7's 66.9 global score. Galaxy Note 8.0 is an much older tablet than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but Samsung could make it much lighter and just a little bit thinner anyway. The Galaxy Note 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Pro 7 works with Windows 10 operating system.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor and 2 lesser processing cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a higher pixel amount per inch in the screen, a way better 2736 x 1824px resolution and a really bigger screen.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 takes clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, although it has a camera with lot less MP and a lot worse video resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
