Galaxy Note 8.0 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, with a global score of 69.2 against 63. Both of these tablets come with the same Android 4.4.2 OS. Even though Galaxy Note 8.0 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE were released with only a couple months difference, Galaxy Note 8.0 is notably lighter and thinner.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a quite better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount and a Quad-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also counts with a greater pixel density.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. They have the same video frame rate, the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a same resolution back-facing camera. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 count with extremely similar memory capacity for apps and games, both have the same internal storage and an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB.
Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.
Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy Note 8.0 is also by far the cheapest one, making this tablet a great choice.
