Comparison review

Galaxy Note 8.0 is better than Galaxy Tab 10.1, with a 69.2 score against 58.1. Galaxy Note 8.0 is a newer portable tablet, and it is also just a bit thinner and noticeably lighter than the Galaxy Tab 10.1. These tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 8.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Note 8.0 both feature quite similar displays, because although the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a bit lower screen density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280, it also counts with a larger screen. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a slightly bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has an extremely better processor than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a graphics processor. Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a 6800mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a much more megapixels back-facing camera and faster 30 fps video frame rate.

Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is also a lot cheaper, making this tablet a great choice.
