Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), with a 69.2 score against 60.7. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 8.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features. Galaxy Note 8.0 is a newer tablet, and it is also a bit lighter and much thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0).

The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a much faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a graphics co-processor, 1 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and faster). Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a bit better display than Galaxy Note 8.0, although it has a little bit less pixels per inch of screen, a little bit smaller screen and a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a quite bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a slightly better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
