The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 69.2, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V's 58.5 global score. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and better performance. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a a little heavier but thinner portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab 3 V.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Note 8.0, although it has a much lower resolution of 1024 x 600, a just a bit worse screen pixels density and a quite smaller display.
