Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a global score of 69.2, which is better than Galaxy Tab A8's 62.6 general score. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is way older and thicker than the Galaxy Tab A8, it's design is still notably lighter. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab A8 has Android 11, giving a lot of extra features.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with an extremely better CPU than Galaxy Tab A8, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU. Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab A8, although it has a little bit less pixels per inch of display, a really smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280.

Galaxy Note 8.0 takes clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab A8, although it has a much less mega-pixels resolution camera in the back. The Galaxy Tab A8 has a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has more internal memory and an external memory card slot that allows up to 1 TB.

The Galaxy Tab A8 counts with a superior battery life than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a 53% bigger battery capacity.
