Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is slightly better than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, with a 69.2 score against 64.9. Despite of the fact that Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a lot older than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0, it's construction is just a bit lighter and thinner. These devices have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has older 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a better performance than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has 512 MB more RAM and an additional graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0. Both have the same amount of pixels in each inch of display, a display of the same size and exactly the same 800 x 1280 pixels resolution.
