The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a global score of 69.2, which is way better than the Sony Tablet S's 57.5 global score. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0, so it provides the user a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a newer tablet, and it's also way lighter and incredibly thinner than the Sony Tablet S.

Galaxy Note 8.0 features a much greater processing power than Sony Tablet S, because it has a higher number of cores, more RAM and a GPU.
