Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, having a general score of 69.2 against 65.7. Although it's the best device we compare here, Galaxy Note 8.0's body is noticeably older, just a bit heavier and thicker than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. The Galaxy Note 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 OS, and Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has Android OS.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and although they both have 4 cpu cores and the same RAM amount, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a GPU. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better pixel number per inch of display and a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px.

The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a much more MP back-facing camera. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features superior battery life than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a 6190mAh battery size.

Although Galaxy Note 8.0 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 8.0, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, letting go some specs and features.
