The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a general score of 78.2, which is way better than LG G Pad X 8.0's 63.5 score. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2's design has the same thickness than LG G Pad X 8.0, but it is noticeably heavier. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has the older 4.4 version while LG G Pad X 8.0 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has just a little better processing power than LG G Pad X 8.0, because although it has lesser processing cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional GPU and 1 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a more vivid screen than LG G Pad X 8.0, because although it has a bit worse number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a way bigger screen.

The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a much bigger storage for applications and games than LG G Pad X 8.0, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that holds 64 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a way better battery performance than LG G Pad X 8.0, because it has a 9500mAh battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a much better camera than LG G Pad X 8.0, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also has a lot more mega-pixels back camera.
