The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is way better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, having a general score of 78.2 against 57.6. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2's design has the same thickness than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it's incredibly heavier. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has older 4.4 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.

The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features a bit more powerful processor than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a lower number of cores , and they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a brighter screen than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a little bit lower count of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a really larger screen.

The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2.
