Apple iPad 4 is much better than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, with a 70.8 score against 54.2. The Apple iPad 4 has iOS 7.x operating system, and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 comes with Android 2.3.5 operating system. Apple iPad 4 is a a little thinner but notably heavier tablet than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0.
