These tablets include Android OS, but the LG G Pad 8.0 has newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5, so it provides a lot of extra features.

The LG G Pad 8.0 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1280 x 800px and a really bigger display. The LG G Pad 8.0 features a better processor than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a greater number of faster cores, a greater amount of RAM memory and an extra graphics processing unit.

The LG G Pad 8.0 features a slightly bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 64 GB.
