The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is much better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, having a general score of 60.8 against 54.2. Both tablets we are comparing here come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a newer 4.1.2 version while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5, providing you some additional features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, but it's extremely heavier.

Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because although it has a much smaller display and a way lower 800 x 480 resolution, it also counts with a better pixel density. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB and 32 GB internal memory capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has more RAM and a larger number of cores.
