The Galaxy Tab 8.9 is a bit better than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, with a 58.1 score against 54.2. Galaxy Tab 8.9's design is somewhat thinner but way heavier than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, and both of them were released only a few months apart. These tablets come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a newer 3.0 version while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5.

The Galaxy Tab 8.9 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a greater number of cores. Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has a way worse display density, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 800 x 1280 and a really larger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, although it has a camera with less MP resolution. Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
