The Galaxy Tab is slightly better than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, with a overall score of 58.6 against 54.2. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab has the older 2.3.3 version and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version. Although it's the best we compare here, Galaxy Tab's body is noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0.

The Galaxy Tab's CPU is very similar to Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's CPU, they have a Single-Core CPU and a 512 MB RAM memory. Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a way worse 800 x 480px resolution, it also counts with more pixels per display inch.

The Galaxy Tab counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab features a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a 233 percent bigger battery capacity.
