Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a global score of 75.2, which is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's 62.5 score. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1 version, so it offers lots of additional features and better performance. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner portable tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a lot better display than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels quantity per screen inch and a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1600. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a way better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has more cpu cores, a higher amount of RAM memory and an additional graphics processing unit.
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a camera in the back with a way higher resolution and a way higher video definition. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 64 GB.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 costs more than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
