The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has an overall score of 59.7, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab 10.1v's score of 57.1. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab 10.1v has Android 3.0 version, providing you some extra features and some performance improvements.
