The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v, having a 63.8 score against 57.1. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v has Android 3.0.
