Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is better than Galaxy Tab 10.1v, with a global score of 64.9 against 57.1. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 construction is newer than Galaxy Tab 10.1v's, although it's a bit thicker and a lot heavier. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has Windows 8 operating system, while Galaxy Tab 10.1v comes with Android 3.0 operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v has a better hardware performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores. The Galaxy Tab 10.1v features a bit sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, although it has a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280, a little bit smaller display and a quite worse pixel density.
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 counts with a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v, because it has more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because it has a lot better 8 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
Galaxy Tab 10.1v counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 7.
