Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is much better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1v, getting a 70.2 score against 57.1. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is a newer device, and it is also somewhat lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Tab 10.1v. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has the newer 8.1 Oreo version while Galaxy Tab 10.1v has Android 3.0, so it provides a lot of extra features.
