Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Tablet S, with a global score of 60.1 against 56.1. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has an older 4.1 version and Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) design is thinner but a little bit heavier than Sony Xperia Tablet S, and both of them were only released 6 months apart.

The Xperia Tablet S counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Xperia Tablet S also counts with a just a little higher pixel number per screen inch.
