Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a global score of 61.4, which is a bit better than the Motorola Xoom 2's global score of 57.3. Both tablets we are comparing work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has newer 4.1 version and Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2 version, so it gives a lot of extra features. The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) design is a little bit thicker but a little bit lighter than Motorola Xoom 2, and both were released with only a few months difference.

Motorola Xoom 2 features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). Both have the same RAM memory amount and 2 cpu cores. The Motorola Xoom 2 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). Both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280px, the same display density and a display with the same size.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has much more storage capacity for apps and games than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) also has an external memory slot that holds up to 32 GB. The Motorola Xoom 2 has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 1280x720 video definition, the Motorola Xoom 2 also has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.
