Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an overall score of 65, which is just a bit better than the Acer Iconia W511's 59.5 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with Android 4.1 operating system, while Acer Iconia W511 works with Windows 8 Pro operating system. Even being the best in this review, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a just a bit thicker and a bit heavier tablet than the Acer Iconia W511.
Acer Iconia W511's CPU is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) one, because although the Acer Iconia W511 has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have 2 cpu cores, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Acer Iconia W511 counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Acer Iconia W511 also has a slightly better 768 x 1366 pixels resolution and a bit higher display pixels density.
Acer Iconia W511 has a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB. The Acer Iconia W511 counts with a better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a camera with way more MP.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a very superior battery duration than Acer Iconia W511, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity instead of 3540mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Acer Iconia W511, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Acer Iconia W511. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), otherwise you can save some money and buy the Acer Iconia W511, giving up some features and specs.
