Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is better than Asus VivoTab Smart, getting a score of 65 against 58.7. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) comes with Android 4.1 OS, and Asus VivoTab Smart works with Windows 8 OS. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a just a bit heavier tablet than the Asus VivoTab Smart, but both of them have the same thickness.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features just a bit better screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, although it has a little less pixels per screen inch and a quite lower 800 x 1280 resolution, they both have a same size screen.
