Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an overall score of 65, which is a little bit better than LG G Pad F2 8.0's 62.7 global score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better tablet than LG G Pad F2 8.0, we must note that it's also a older, incredibly heavier and thicker tablet. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has 4.1 version while LG G Pad F2 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat.

LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory and more processing cores. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a little bit better screen than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because although it has a just a little worse pixel density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also counts with a larger display.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 captures better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution. LG G Pad F2 8.0 features much more storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a superior battery duration than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has a 133 percent larger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G Pad F2 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad F2 8.0. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get LG G Pad F2 8.0, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
