Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has an overall score of 68.3, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s 65 overall score. Both devices in our current comparison use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has newer 8.1 Oreo version while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a newer tablet, and it is also way lighter and just a bit thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T).

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has lesser RAM memory and 2 less CPU cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has a just a bit worse screen density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also counts with a larger display.
