Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), having a 65 score against 61.4. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a newer tablet device, and it's also a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) works with Android 4.1 operating system.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have a same size display, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a little more pixels per inch of display and a little bit higher 768 x 1366 resolution. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with much more memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) shoots better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has a lot worse video quality and a way less mega pixels camera in the back.
