Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), with a 63 score against 61.4. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a little bit heavier than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), it's a bit thinner and also newer. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has Android 4.1, providing you a couple additional features.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). They have a same size display, an equal 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a better number of pixels per inch of display. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a greater number of faster cores and more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, although it has a back camera with much less mega-pixels and a lower video quality. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has 16 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) counts with a superior battery life than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), giving up a couple features and specs.
