The Galaxy Tab S3 has an overall score of 75.2, which is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s global score of 61.4. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S3 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has Android 4.1, counting with lots of additional features. The Galaxy Tab S3 is a noticeably newer tablet device, and it's also extremely lighter and incredibly thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1).
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a way better count of pixels per inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has an external SD slot that admits up to 256 GB and 24 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S3 features a better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Tab S3 takes a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a camera with way more MP and a way better video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) counts with improved battery performance than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.
