Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is a lot better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), having a score of 75 against 61.4. Although the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is heavier than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), it's noticeably thinner and a lot newer. The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) comes with Android 4.1 OS.

Galaxy TabPro S counts with a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a much higher resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels, a bigger screen and a higher pixel amount in each screen inch.
