Comparison review
The Xperia Tablet Z has an overall score of 68.5, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s 61.4 general score. The Xperia Tablet Z is a newer tablet device, and it is also incredibly thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). These devices work with Android OS, but the Xperia Tablet Z has the newer 4.4.4 version while Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has Android 4.1.
Xperia Tablet Z has a more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a higher number of faster cores, an additional graphics co-processor and a larger amount of RAM memory. Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have a display of the same size, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a lot higher display pixels density and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px.
