Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an overall score of 62.7, which is slightly better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s score of 58.6. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a noticeably heavier tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but both are equally thin. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has older 4.0 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a display that is very similar to the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 one, because although the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a way smaller display, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a greater display pixels density. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, else you can save some dollars and get the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), resigning some features and specifications.
