The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), with a score of 62.7 against 59.7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 design has the same thickness than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but it's a lot heavier. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an older 4.0 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) features just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 2 more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM.
